Loud on Purpose
This October, we are once again proud to stand with Can:Do Group’s Loud Shirt Day, dedicating our leadership programs to raise vital funds for children with hearing loss. Our goal is to raise $10,000, and we’re excited to channel the energy of our community through three powerful events: the LOUD on Purpose Lunch, our Masterclass Series for Leaders, and the HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program.
When you take part in any of these programs, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Can:Do 4Kids, directly supporting children and families in need.
This cause is close to our hearts. Our Director, Suria Ward, knows the journey personally — her daughter Alba was born with Microtia Atresia, a rare condition that causes hearing loss.
By joining us, you’ll not only invest in your own growth and development but also give children with hearing loss the opportunity to access life-changing services, helping them to thrive.

HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program
Strengthening staff resilience has become an important strategy for improving organisational effectiveness, productivity, health and well-being. HeartMath provides a unique combination of science-based techniques, coherence technology, learning programs, delivered by PeopleQ's certified HeartMath Trainers and Mentors

LOUD on Purpose Lunch
Leading with purpose has never been more important in shaping organisations, communities, and the leaders of tomorrow. The LOUD on Purpose Lunch brings together three exceptional leaders who will share their insights and experiences in a dynamic panel discussion.
This special business lunch fundraiser includes three inspirational women leaders, each sharing their personal story and how they lead with purpose

HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program (2025)
Strengthening staff resilience has become an important strategy for improving organizational effectiveness, productivity, health, and well-being. The HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program provides a unique combination of science-based techniques to understand the principles of HeartMath and coherence.
You will practice applying HeartMath breathing techniques and other tools such as Practical Intuition, the Depletion to Renewal Grid, and Heart-Mapping. This program will equip you to proactively build resilience, improve energy levels, and better manage the impact of stress on your body and thinking. You will also connect with a community of like-minded individuals.
Date: Starting 6th November 2025 to 27th November 2025
Format: Online program running over five weeks
Price: $550 +GST (100% of proceeds donated to Can:Do 4Kids)
RiseUP Masterclass Series for Leaders (2025)
Developing confident and purposeful leaders is essential for building strong organizations. The RiseUp Masterclass Series is designed to equip early-career leaders with practical tools in leadership, communication, and resilience through interactive workshops and peer collaboration.
This program will help you grow your leadership presence, strengthen your ability to influence, and align your leadership with purpose and values. Delivered by PeopleQ leadership experts, the series provides actionable strategies to accelerate your leadership journey while making a meaningful impact through Loud Shirt Day.
