Program format

Built on the pillars of Rise, Inspire, Steer and Engage, the program guides participants through 1-2-1s, self-assessments, peer circles, workshops, role-plays, and workplace tasks to embed the learning. 

What to expect

Centered on two key concepts of lead yourself, before leading others, and you only achieve through others, participants are challenged to cultivate deeper self-awareness and their emotional intelligence.  We stretch participants to engage in skilful conversations and courageously navigate poor performance, providing them with practical workplace tools and introduce them to team dynamics to deepen engagement also experimenting with the power of purpose and values.

Ideally this program is for anyone who wants to RISEUP to a leadership role or is stepping into a leadership role for the first time.  There’s no playbook for leading, with this program, you create your own. 

Your facilitators have a combined 40 years’ experience leading teams and have designed this program based on their own experience’s in rising up, as well as with feedback from other leaders and organisations.
