The Genos Ignite leadership development program is game changing for business and life changing for people. Ignite+ is an extended PeopleQ program bringing psychological safety and trust into focus. Gives leaders an opportunity to explore trust and psychological safety through the lens of high performing teams. Includes a fearless org scan with their teams.
What to expect
During and after the program, leaders will experience elevated influence, resilience, impact and performance, as well as improved working relationships and team dynamics.
Program format
Leaders develop capability by immersing themselves in structured and unstructured learning, with workplace application and peer-based learning. Starting with a trust agreement to align intentions, learning spaces are monthly over a 6 to 7 month period. The flow allows for experimentation, application and peer based learning.

Session format
Leaders are encouraged to prepare and come with devices off. Your facilitator holds space for storytelling both past and future. There is a values activity and all conversations captured on a miro board where themes are identified. The outcome will have you walk away with your organisational Values and Purpose clearly articulated. We provide a checklist of activities to help you embed and activate your purpose. As each organisation is different, the time taken and sessions needed vary.
